burning dvds

hi,

i have been burning 100s of dvds on my realplayer for many years successfully.

for the last 5 days i have tried several attempts to burn a dvd, always trying different tracks, but the burn process has failed each time. everything seems to be operating properly. it tells me that all the tracks are "on disc", but then i get a message, usually when there is 1 second of burning time left, saying "realplayer is not responding" and when i eventually eject the disc, there are no tracks on it at all.
