Can't change account info

I was checking my account and it has a different live-in city on my acct page. I can't change it the way it says to change it.  HELP!!

  when I click on my account and then change info, the page flashes briefly and then disappears. I need to change my email and password OR  close the account as my email and password have been compromised.
