I paid $50 for what I was told was a lifetime subscription.

Everyone else gets to use it for free, but since I actually paid for it, it should work. I quit being able to download my own YouTube videos months ago. I wrote my problem to the same someones I'm writing now only to get instructions that fixed nothing. Lifetime subscription was purchased and I'm still alive. I need a fix or a refund.

  We see that you have an active RealPlayer Plus v.18. Can you please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer and look for a file name videodl.exe. Can you please right click on it and go to Properties. We would like you to click the Details tab and let us know what the Product Version is? 
  
  Please note: It should be 2019.06.21. If it is not, please let us know.

  I went as far as I could with your directions. I did not find such file.
