Won't play "https" streams

Neither the RealPlayer16 or latest RealTimes can play an "https" audio stream.  The software complains it must update itself, which fails.  Windows Media player on W10 has no problem with this, but Real does.  Here's an example:

KFMA, Austin, TX

https://kmfa.streamguys1.com/KMFA-mp3
