Real Player Premium closes immediately after opening

Here we go again. Real Player opens and then immediately shuts down when I select "Music". I don't even have enough time to change settings. I have deleted Real Player and then reinstalled, but the problem persists. It is frustrating to not be able to contact anyone from tech support on this matter. Could this be a memory issue? The problem did not appear to occur when I opened with "videos" however, now the program does not allow me enough time to switch from "music" to 'videos" before closing down.
