cloud video playback

When i try to play my cloud videos, it keeps freezing up.  It keeps saying "communicating".  It does this when I am watching both on my laptop as well as on the Tv using ROKU.  It just started to do this last week.

  What happens when you play at only one device? We are not aware of any such issues yet. Can you reinstall RealTimes on your ROKU box?
