Thank you for the opportunity to rate the service I received from Real Networks support on October 4, 2019.

To sum it all up in one sentence, I would say on a scale of 1 to 10, this technician would get a 100 from me. The technician’s name was Sharma.

She connected by remote, and within a few minutes she analyzed what the problem was and proceeded to solve it within 10 to 15 minutes. She was the fastest and most knowledgeable and efficient technician I have ever had the privilege of connecting with in my 60 years of computers.

Being a retired executive from a high-technology firm, I would hire this person over the phone without a personal interview. That’s how impressed I was watching her move that mouse around at and incredible speed doing what she had to do in lightning speed.

Kudos to Sharma and to the person who was responsible for hiring her at RealNetworks support.

I have been a Real customer since 2001, starting with Real jukebox, jukebox plus, Real one player, Real player plus versions 10, 14 & 18 etc., the best and most reliable software on my computer.
