RealTimes Not Creating New Stories

The RealTimes App is no longer creating New Stories automatically. They need now to be set up by the User and are set up as Collages. Also my iPhone 7 photos, including new photos, are appearing under the folder/heading Other Images on the App. Have changes been made recently to the App or are these errors?

  There have been no recent changes done to the app. Can you please reinstall the app and let us know if the issue persists?
