Instructions
Frustrated. Installed RealPlayer ... it doesn't do anything and there are no instructions. The number to call for support is essentially non-functional as it tells you to go to the web page. This, of course, creates an endless loop.
1. Why isn't there a resident DVD player for PC?
2. Why, when I download RealPlayer, doesn't it automatically play an inserted video?
3. Why are there no prompts to guide the user?
4. I realize that it is a free version and I shouldn't expect much, but shouldn't it simply play a DVD?

DVD playback is a paid feature and not available with the free version. To automatically be prompted when a CD/DVD is inserted, you will need to set that in Windows in AutoPlay settings which can be found in your Control Panel.
