Converting .ivr to .mp4

I have a number of .ivr video files that I'd like to convert to .mp4.  RealPlayer appears to have this functionality, but when I perform the conversion, the converted files are audio only.  Please let me know how I can solve this problem.

Someone else posted a similar thread about 2 years ago, but the person who responded sent the solution as an email to the poster rather than posting it in the forum where it could've benefited everyone.
