Slow Downloads

I have upgraded to Plus.  Youtube videos are being recognized.  The 'download speed' box says 'Unlimited'.  Actual download speed during download says 0.66Mpbs, the same as before I upgraded. I am logged into my RealTime account and my status was recognized after a cold reboot of my laptop.

I am running Win10, 64bit.  I am connected to the Internet by HughesNet and my verified download speed is 25Mbps.

I am currently downloading a 1.3GB Youtube, have been downloading for over 2 hours and am barely halfway through.

  Ray,

  Can you please do the following and let me now.

  1. Restart your computer and test another download.

  2. Can you please let me know if you see a star (*) before your name on the top right corner of RealPlayer?

  I did a cold reboot. When I restarted Firefox and then Real Player, Real Player started with me logged in. I logged out, logged back in, and saw a star to the left of my name in the top right corner.

  I opened YouTube and selected a video. Real Downloader recognized the video and I selected to download it (1080). When the download window opened, I had Plus and my download speed window showed 'unlimited'.

  The download actual speed started at 0.40Mbps and over the next minute climbed to 0.60Mbps.

  What do we try next?
