Your totally messed up system
Here it is Thanksgiving and I want to burn a cd but for the past 5 attempts when I click on a video to add to the que list, you know what I mean, I click on a video then everything from that list shows up so here I am wasting hours of my day and I still haven;t been able to burn a new cd. Last week it worked but, I don't know, did you give your recording abilities the weekend off? Also , when I had someone on here remotely they told me you couldn't get rid of duplicates but in preferences it's listed Also, if i click on a video, one MP4 and the other something else will I lose the entire list of songs in that section, just like now that I click on one video and the whole section shows up How about fixing this fucked up piece of crap so it works! It's like when windows puts out an update they put it out publicly and wait to see how computers , what problems they run into. This version 18 is full of problems, the worst being the removal of all my video's including private. Since MP4 is the most popular format to download video's to then make that the default mode for recording. I guess MP3 is for ccd's but now I don't know what the problem is with your Real Player Last problem set a password then send it to me in your e-mail then I won't have to worry updating all of this password crap all the time The e-mail I use is dennisfoley56@gmail.com so get rid of dennisfoley@cox,net

You can't delete duplicates of videos. Our product is not designed to delete duplicates of videos.
