real times very slow to import music.

I have been using real player cloud 17 because I think it is the best version. all versions since have got worse, in my opinion.   I have 28,000 mp3 in my audio folder on my pc. a real player will import all of those in 10 minutes. I have just updated to the latest version of real times and I am appalled. I started to import my music this morning, 2 hours later real times has still only imported 14,000 of them. and this supposed to  be progress. I have been a customer since real jukebox days and it seems that the more they cram into the programme the worse it gets.
