Still can't download videos option

Has this problem ever been fixed? I have read the other topics on this subject & I do not see any answers that work. I have the current version RP.

Is the problem that RP does not have the qualified techs to handle the problem or is YouTube inserting code into the videos to block the downloading?

  Please follow the instructions from the below link to upgrade to the latest version which fixes the downloader issue.
