Your last update was a complete disaster, This was about 5 days ago and since then my system does not work properly. Record and viewed movies say not available or being optimized for playback  Total Bunk. Realtimes is a complete disaster at this point and what is being done to correct this disaster by your expert engineers?. Please do not advise to turn off computer or any other silly maneuver but fix your big mess. I am considering cancelling.
