unable convert video to MP3

I require some video files downloaded through realplayer to convert to MP3 so that I can listen while driving. Earlier player used to do that without any trouble. Because I had difficulties since yesterday, I reinstalled the real player and still MP3 converter is not working. Hope some instructions to sort this out. Thanks.

  What is the file format of the videos you are trying to convert to MP3? Can you please let us know what error message you get when you convert to MP3?
