UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD VIDEOS {GOOGLE CHROME}

For a while, I am trying to download some videos and then just when I think that the video has downloaded, I get this message saying "UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD VIDEO"... Now before you get into the whole clear your cache thing  ( that is done automatically every night ), so I know that isn't the problem... And yes my I have latest version of Real.. So what is the problem...

  Can you please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer and look for a file name videodl.exe. Can you please right click on it and go to Properties. We would like you to click the Details tab and let us know what the Product Version is?

  Please note: It should be 2020.01.24

  Hi!

  I have similar problem with video downloading. I am tried to download x videos from xhamster, www.pornnits.com and xvideos.com but without luck. Exactly same type of error. May be here is way to generate logs and send it to you for checking?

  Yugin,

  Can you please let us know the following information:

  1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
  2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

  Please provide us with the version number you see there.

  Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are unable to download and the web browser you are using? Lastly, what version of RealPlayer and Windows do you have installed?
