downloading and account

I have paid for real player plus. It used to show it on my plan now it shows I have the free version this is bs I have proof I paid for it in my bank statement. still, it almost downloads to the very end the comes up unable to download, I have tried everything you have suggested but nothing, what the hell has happened to real player ? Used to be really user friendly..can't call anyone at real player, really bad customer client relations.

  We see a free account under your gmail address. Do you have an alternate email address where your RealPlayer Plus is associated with? Can you please provide us when you purchased RealPlayer Plus?
