How To Get Refund??
Product stopped working last month (unable to download issue) and no one is helping me to get issue resolved. I just upgraded the month before but it doesn't work.
I think there is a possible simple fix but no one will assist me with it.

Can you please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer and look for a file name videodl.exe. Can you please right click on it and go to Properties. We would like you to click the Details tab and let us know what the Product Version is?
Please note: It should be 2020.01.24In the meanwhile, please provide a link to the video you are not able to download so we could test it in-house.

The version of videodl.exe is 2020.01.24. I still get "unable to download" from a number of sites where I try to download (youtube included).
For awhile, one out of every 8-10 files attempted would download, but I've not been able to download anything for the last few weeks. I have to say I do not try over and over all day as I do not have time for that. I do try a number of files several times but cannot download them.
