Downloader not working with any browser

Have tried to download videos from YouTube on three different browsers,

'No videos to download' on Edge and Chrome

'Unable to Download video' on Explorer

I installed update as advised but that didn't work either

Do I need to re-install Real Player?

I have subscribed to premium version, is there any chance of getting the service I have paid for?

  Please install the latest version of RealPlayer from www.real.com.

  The latest version has many bug fixes which includes the Downloader issue as well.

  Please let us know if you have further issues.

  "No videos to download in this page". E' la frase che compare dopo aver cliccato sul tasto che appare in alto per scaricare il video appena visualizzato (magari su youtube).qualsiasi browser io usi  Ho provato di tutto: ho reinstallato real, ho provato inutilmente con "Restart  Realdownloader", Ho spento e riacceso. Ecc. ecc.Tutto inutile.

  Ovviamente sono cliente (ora direi paziente) da tempo immemorabile e pago il mio contributo ogni mese. Spero sappiate darmi la dritta giusta per riprendere un servizio improvvisamente e senza ragione apparente sparito.

  Resto in attesa e ringrazio anticipatamente.

  This was resolved in our latest version of RealPlayer. Please follow these instructions to install the latest version of RealPlayer.
