This is BS. I want my money back.
Ever since I paid for RealDownloader it fails more than it works. I tried the few "solutions" you've provided in support, but not only do they not work, they are the stuff of amateurs. Resetting all my preferences is NOT a solution, and it doesn't work anyway. I should get a refund.

I have found the same thing happened to me as well. I went to use find Add Missing Album Art. 2 seprate songs gave me red X, but the song's are still in my music folder, just not in real player, what a rip off,.

This was resolved in our latest version of RealPlayer. Please follow these instructions to install the latest version of RealPlayer.

1. Which web browser you are using to download videos?
2. Which web site are you downloading videos from?
We have a 30 refund policy. Since you purchased your RealPlayer Downloader Express on 12/25/2019, we are unable to refund.

If you see a Red X, it means that the original location of the song when you added to the RealPlayer library has changed. It has either been moved to a different location/folder or been deleted.
If they are still in your music folder, right click on that file and click Add to RealPlayer.
