not allowed to sign in

why am I not allowed to sign into my account anymore as I have already tried 3 friggin times to get in?

  Are you seeing any error messages when you sign in? In the meanwhile, please "over-install" RealPlayer. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.
