DVD Burning

While burning DVD, I am getting the below error. 

runtime error: use of invalid editor "Stream::StreamFileEditorBase"

  Runtime error: use of invalid editor Stream: Stream File Editor Base message usually is due to the following reasons.

  1. Faulty/corrupted file.

  2. Bad DVD Disk.

  3. Bad DVD Drive.

  You could use RealConverter to convert the video to MP4. Add this converted MP4 to your DVD burn list and let us know if it burns successfully.

  have deleted your real player completely three times,all downloads appear correct but when closed as requested after the burner plug in the program freezes and the whole mess shuts off with message unable to contact real .is threre any chance this is ever going to work, wasted a whole day sat,is there any solution or is it beyond recovery
