Trying to share a RealPlayer story but it won't share

I created a video story with RealTimes Story. I have saved it to my desktop and to the cloud. When I go to share it, it offers me to click on share it, shows the thumbnail and title, but then it just disappears. I am a RealPlayer Plus account.

  When sharing a story or a video, it basically uploads to your Cloud account. With RealPlayer Plus, you get 1GB of Cloud storage only. We see that have already used up some of the 1GB space.Please delete some of your files already stored in the Cloud so you can share more.
