    Hi.  I reinstalled the App & rebooted and the Albums still won't play.

    We will escalate this to our product team however if it is working on an iPad and not your Galaxy phone, it could be the device.

    In the meanwhile we will work with our product engineers and see what might be going on.

    Thanks,  the videos play well in the "Video" tab but not in the "Album" tab.  Strange.  Like I mentioned I can download the videos and play them in my "Gallery".  Inconvenient but doable.
