download videos
I am trying to download some videos from instagram and there are 4 videos however when i download the last video for some reason is not downloading when i try to download it re downloads the first video of the 4 again. Also when I bookmark a video it does not bookmark its giving me a message something went wrong message.

Can you please let us know where you are trying to bookmark your Instagram video?
Regarding the inability to download the 4th video, can you please provide us with the URL so we can test it? It is quite possible the host of this video has not enabled downloads for reasons like copyright etc.

When I am in the video and the download this video shows in upper right corner of video I click the down arrow and select bookmark this video, if its a copyright its wouldn't it not allow me to even download one of the 4 videos, I have noticed when its more than 2 videos i have this issue

Can you please provide us with the following information:
1. What web browser do you use to download videos?
2. What is the URL of these 2 videos that you are unable to download?
3. Lastly, where are you bookmarking the video?
We would like to test them in-house to see what may be the problem.

I unistalled realplayer and re downloaded the latest real player and now i able to download all 4 videos.
I click bookmark in download this video window & then i select the down arrow and select boomark this video

It may be because the folks putting up the video want to keep it private (copyright) so you cannot download as they have made it "private." In order to access it so you can download it, you would need their pin number. What I do is video it (if it isn't too long) with my cell phone and it goes to my icloud account as well, so then I can access it there.
