I am no longer able to select musical tracks for downloading from Real Player.

Can you advise as have been able to do this for years and years previously?

  Are you talking about downloading music videos? We don't understand what you mean by "no longer able to select musical tracks for downloading from Real Player."

  Can you please clarify?
