Two Issues: Can't Download Videos and Blank Screen when playing

1. I'm getting "No videos found at that address" errors when trying to download a number of videos.  A few work but I'm getting many that fail with that error message.

2. When I try to watch a video in RealPlayer, I hear the sound but there is no video; only a blank screen.  This is relatively new issue.  I tried to re-install but got same error.  Then I did an upgrade to the 20.0.1.306 version but still cannot see videos; can only hear them.

HELP!

   I am unable to download " His eye is on the sparrow" from Purely Piano Praise. When I try to download the down loader opens and runs a scan as if it is downloading but when it shows the end of the run a msg appears that says unable to download. What can I do to make it work?

  When can someone please assist me with the two issues I've outlined?  I am having issues downloading and I am having issues with RealPlayer not showing any video (only audio).  I would really like to be able to play videos with the RealPlayer video player and I would really like the downloader to download all videos and not just some videos.

  Regarding your download issue, can you please let us know the following information:

  1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
  2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

  Please provide us with the version number you see there.

  Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download?

  Regarding your display issue, can you please let me know if your computer has 2 display adapters? Usually this can happen if the computer has dual display adapters.
