Missing all my files

Hi, I just purchased a new laptop and installed RealPlayer. When I signed in to my account, all my files were gone. How do I retrieve all my files?

  We don't store any of your files unless you have a Cloud account and uploaded any of your photos or videos. Your old PC should still have those files. You will need to transfer those files over manually to your new computer.

  You could use an external hard disk or a flash drive to do so or contact your PC manufacturer to help with that.
