unable to get into my account

When I click "Account Settings" I get this message: web browser unable to download my account from realtimes.real.com unable to open this internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later.

It looks like you are having some cookies issue. Please follow these steps to resolve your issue.
- Open Internet Options from the search window.
- Under General Tab, click Settings in Browsing History and click View Files. (This will open a folder with a lot of files. Select all and delete them).
- Close Internet Options by clicking Ok.
- Restart your PC and try again.
