unable to download music videos

trying to download music album it works with some songs but not the majority of them just get message unable to download. have even tried with songs i have downloaded previously but then i get no videos found, i have cleaned up the history and data as suggested, have even uninstalled and reinstalled but to no avail, is it something wrong at real player or is there something else i can do.

Can you please let us know the following information:1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.Please provide us with the version number you see there.
Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download?

thanks for getting back to me ,the version no is 2020.7.28.0 and i was in youtube music trying to download (from Elvis Presley Boulevard Memphis, Tennessee) some songs would download but not them all especially (Hurt).

no it was not that one it was the music album (Form Elvis Presley Boulevard, Memphis, Tennessee) but i did find another video and it work ok and i tried other songs today and it works fine. maybe its something to do with that album but i am happy enough with it now. thanks for your help.

It would really help us to help you if you can copy and paste the URL of that specific video so we can test it in-house.
