Paid to enable 'Download Playlist' - Account shows 'Plus' but playlist download not working.

HI,

 

I've just upgraded from 'Free' RealPlayer, in order to download YouTube playlists. I copy the URL to  the window, press 'download playlist', and get the 'searching for your playlist' for a few seconds.

The search box then disappears, with no playlist being detected.

I paid to upgrade just for this feature. And it doesn't work for me.

Any clues?

  YouTube has made changes to the naming conventions to some of the playlists which has become incompatible with our Downloader. Our engineers have identified the problem and will be releasing a new version that can detect playlists. We are expected to release the next version in a couple of weeks.

  I have had my 'Plus' payment refunded. Hopefully, there will be an announcement when the new version is available, at which point I may join 'Plus' again.
