I cannot download videos from youtube

I have been trying the last 8 days to download videos, with no succes. Message: There is no video to download. I tried everything already. I uninstall and reinstall Realplayer. I close and reopen Realplayer downloader. Please help.

  Can you please let us know the following information:

  1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
  2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

  Please provide us with the version number you see there.

  Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download?

  This version seems to be the older version. Please uninstall RealPlayer and reinstall from www.real.com which will install the latest version of RealPlayer. You should be able to download videos after that. If the issue persists, please let us know.
