can not record video

Hi dear support team,I'm trying to record videos in Real Player but I see a messaje that say:runtime error:use of invalid editor  "Stream::StreamFileEditorBase",what can I do or how to fix this?,also I recibe another messaje that is atached ,for your attention and help thanks.

  Jose,

  This message is usually due the following reasons:

  • Corrupted file(s)
  • Bad media  (DVD disks)

  To make sure you are not having a bad installation of RealPlayer, please reinstall RealPlayer.

  To resolve a bad file, you could try converting it to a different video format using RealConverter. If it still fails to burn, try a different set of DVD disks (different brand)
