Real downloader not working
The Real downloader is not working. It says, "no video to download on this page". I am using Internet Explorer. What can be done to fix this?

Same problem in Edge and no response from support about this problem. Wish I had the previous version download saved so I could go back. Not likely to pay them with this kind of support.

Can you please let us know the following information:
1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.Please provide us with the version number you see there.
Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download?

my real downloader stopped working
i try to download Youtube videos to share in my teaching classes -- it used to work
i tried uninstalling and reinstalling -- i checked permissions
could Avast or Malwarebytes be blocking downloads using Real?

It is quite possible your firewall is blocking it. Go into your firewall settings and "allow" all Real components and also "videodl.exe". What is the web browser you are using?
