problem with downloader

Dropdown tab keeps giving the message "no video to download" on all websites.

This problem has arisen after a major update to my laptop.

I am using Microsoft edge. windows 10,build 2004.

I have gone through all the procedures that you have recommended to try to rectify the problem, including resetting my browser.

  Can you please let us know the following information:

  1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
  2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

  Please provide us with the version number you see there.

  Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download?
