dwnloading videos from youtube

hellp can realplayer PLEASE be fixed very soon , i have uninstalled and reinstalled realplayer several times  and still does not  download any videos from youtube .  tried it with microsoft edge/windows 10 and also mozilla firefox and still nothing at all... i have also did a full clean install of my laptop and still realplayer does not work ... plz fix it asap .:(

  Can you please let us know the following information:

  1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
  2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

  Please provide us with the version number you see there.

  Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download?
