    I have updated RealPlayer to 20.0.2.308.  I still cannot download some videos.  It is possible that the rules have changed at my source to which I have subscribe as what they call 'Premium'.  With this 'Premium' subscription, I can view "Premium" videos but maybe they have disabled download for viewing later?  It would be very useful to be able to watch such videos in my remote workshop where there is no internet.
     
    Here is one particular url, but, you might need login credentials to get to the video.   When I watch the video directly on the website it is 9 minutes long. However, when I download this video, I get only a 45 second 'Preview'.   Pattern Cutting on the Bandsaw

    We are also able to download only a short video. (It allowed us to download without logging into that website)

    It is most probably that https://www.wwgoa.com/ has made some changes on their end.

    Are you able to download videos from YouTube as an example? If yes, you may want to get in touch with the web administrator of https://www.wwgoa.com/

    I have no problem downloading a couple youtube videos.  However, I do not know if Brightcove is involved with those particular videos.  For now, I will assume it is either a problem or new policy at wwgoa.com and I'll pursue that with them.  Thanks for your support.
