Lack of Technical Support - How does a public company get away with this

REAL NETWORKS, INC. IS A PUBLIC COMPANY.  FOLKS INVEST THEIR MONEY IN THIS COMPANY, AND THEY SHOULD KNOW THAT CUSTOMERS' SUPPORT NEEDS ARE NOT BEING MET.  THIS ATTITUDE COULD/WILL RESULT IN LOST CUSTOMERS AND REVENUES.

Interesting to note that poor customer service is not mentioned in the Company's public disclosure documents filed with the SEC.  Check it out.  Their registrant filing number is 1-37745.

You could write a letter to the Company's Chief Executive Officer, Robert Glaser, and complain about the Company's poor customer support.  The address for Real Networks, Inc. is 1501 First Avenue South, Suite 600, Seattle Washington 98134.

  i bought this download video from an educational site but it doesnt work. no way of getting a refund?? really disappointed
