This product is so not user friendly

This new version is complete shit.  With the previous version, I was able use it as a web browser and easily download whatever videos.  The help section is completely inadequate.  Any instructions available are completely inadequate. I am thoroughly disappointed, and if I were to pay for this I would want my money back.  I cannot even use the older version again.  I should not have upgraded to this crappy new version in the first place.
