Favorites Missing/Bookmarks in recent upgrade

Upgraded to the latest and all favorites are gone.  I see the star but all missing.  Are they in a file I need to restore?

  Okay - I found the missing favorites - it's now in the menu under "VIEW"???

  Used to be on the toolbar... can we have it back on the toolbar...Please?
