Love the upgrade, BUT......

Love the upgrade for its download speed, yet most of the sites that you could download from like daily motion, you cannot anymore. What was the point of upgrading when really we are down grading? AWFUL UPGRADE> PLEASE MAKE IT BETTER OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR CUSTOMER BASE. IVE BEEN WITH YOU GUYS FOR OVER 10 YEARS AND NOW IM HAVING TO LOOK INTO A DIFFEENT SUPERIOR APPLICATION THAN THIS GARBAGE. ANYONE KNOW OF A BETTER APPLICATION , PLEASE SHARE XXXX

  Can you please let us know the following information:

  1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
  2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

  Please provide us with the version number you see there.
