Cannot download any videos from You Tube

I have a paid premium membership. I have followed all your troubleshooting instructions. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled RP.. Still, nothing will download, and the little arrow that drops down does not have a thumbnail of the video I am trying to download. Please help. https://youtu.be/BP69-iS4GzU
