Trying to change email address on Real Player account
I can sign in to my RealTimes account with my old email, gdpal@sbcglobal.net, but that is no longer my email address. I need to change it to my current address, mixolydian7464@gmail.com. I have tried many times to change it by going to account settings and My Data Tool, but there is no option to change it. Can you help?

I'm experiencing the same errors on both my laptop and PC, which rules out a Windows 11 issue. It seems like the downloads are failing possibly due to the fact that they haven't been tested by RealNetworks. Since my system clock is auto-synced with Microsoft, that might be playing a role in causing the problem.
