Billing Information
I had access to my Billing Information after your second reminder to update but finally something was unsatisfactory and I was asked to check for many times without understanding which piece of information was wrong. Another message was already mailed, I hope this is more detailed. Giovanni.

We looked up your account and see that your credit card company is not allowing the charges to go through. You will need to contact them and have them approve the transaction to go through.

I spoke to the Company and I had assurance that they would allow the payment. When I entered your billing site, I tried to get through after an earlier failure, so added a further card number but I couln't see any transaction.

We still see your credit card company not allowing the transaction to go through. The last attempt was yesterday (23rd July) which also failed. This is with your card ending in 0205. We are also seeing that the expiration date is 2020. Perhaps if you update your credit card with the new expiration date, it should work. Here are instructions to update your credit card.

Once signed in, click your name on the top right corner and go to Account Settings --> Billing to update.

I tried again but unsuccessfully. I must say that the card ending 0205 could not be modified. The card ending submitted is 8231 Expiration date 2028 and I used it recently to pay my subscription to Microsoft office 365. The error message on the top of the form is the same: something is wrong. Any alternative card was not accepted.

I've called my bank and Shazam several times and they all said that the transaction was allowed and said it most likely RealPlayer. They went on saying that I was not the only person having the same issue. They said there were several people working on this situation and the company refuses to to answer their phone numbers so they sent letters and they still won't reply. They recommended that the company sounds very suspicious and I should stop payment quickly.. For the last 9+ year I've been paying $9.99 a month for 100gb of cloud on top of their service. I'm going to try for a little while longer and if they don't do something, I'm finished with them. They leave me no choice.

Shazam is a different company and not related to RealPlayer or even remotely associated with RealNetworks. If you are being charged for Shazam services, Shazam is the one who can cancel the subscription. We do see you have a RealPlayer 100GB (Monthly) for $9.99 per month. If you want to cancel this service, ware more than happy to do it for you. There is no way we can cancel a service that doesn't belong to us. Please let us know if you want your RealPlayer monthly service to be cancelled.

We deleted your screenshot. Do not send screenshots that contain your credit card details. Just the error message would do. We will work with our finance team and find out where the problem is.
