Videos not downloading.

Downloader starts but will not download. Get error message that unable to download videos on this page. Happens everywhere I try to download. I get an application error on file ffprobe.exe that says, "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142)." I have uninstalled Real Player and reinstalled it several times.
