Community: RealPlayer (English)] The Real video down loader was updated the last night and now it is not working.

I received an email from Real support in reference to the above subject  You wanted me to find my version which I did and it is Version 202.1.4.26.0.  I download some videos from different sources which mainly Youtube is the one I download the most.

Mine was working last night which was very slow for some downloads and now is okay.  Always some videos are not being downloaded and it says unable to download.  In this case, I have another downloader and I use that.

  Can you please let us know the following information:

  1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
  2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

  Please provide us with the version number you see there.

  Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download?
