Giant realplayer logo has replaced screenshots

My video library used to have a screenshot from the video + a small Realplayer logo in the lower right corner.

Now all the screenshots have disappeared. Instead all I have is a page full of identical full-screen blue and white logos.

This sucks.

  What you are mentioning here are thumbnails. This is a Windows issue rather than a RealPlayer issue. If you look at source folder where your videos are stored, you will not be seeing the thumbnails there either. Here are some instructions for you.
