NO SOUND BUT STATIC ALL MUSIC AND VIDEOS

RealPlayer Support,,,,to whom it may concern....I have volume,,,STATIC no music on Video or MP3s Just STATIC,,,can play in another video player but not in realplayer and I copy it from realplayer.
