Em 09/04/2012, efetuei a compra do Realplayer plus 15 . Pedido nº 333129045 onde paguei US$ 39,99 pago com cartão MasterCard ****************4958.
Só que formatei a maquina onde ele estava instalado e agora quero instalar novamente. Mas não estou conseguindo, como posso fazer pra restaurar minha assinatura e voltar a desfrutar do Realplayer plus 15
